-Photo #2:
This is my favorite photo of your five text photos. I think your aperture is set well, having the girl and table in a good depth of field but slightly blurring everything behind the window. I think you did a good job of capturing real emotions, it really represents a student eating and studying, and I like how you can tell she isn't posing. I like how you made it so I could read the Lays on the bag of chips, however I would have liked to been able to read the title of her book as well. You have really good balance and composure through out the whole photo. For some reason I feel like the photo is slightly tilted, I may be wrong, but even if it is it doesn't bother me. Some of your background is a little over exposed but that is to be expected with this type of shot. Over all it's a good photo.
-Photo #3:
I like how you chose to put this photo in black and white, it really brings out the text in the photo and keeps it from feeling hectic and cluttered. I feel like this person could be posing but he still confers good emotion. I like how it is tilted and from a lower view point. I also like how you can read the majority of the display shirts, you chose a good aperture for this shot. The only thing I wish you could have done differently in this photo, and it may not have been possible, was to have made the photos in the top right corner to have been in better focus. Good photo.
-Photo #5:
I didn't understand the joke at first but once I was informed of some of the background I understood it. I like the composition and balance, I don't think it would have worked without the word and bubble placed in but with them the balance works. Again, I feel like you captured good emotion. You have done a good job of capturing people in all of your photos, real creeper status... I'm just playing. I like how your able to capture people so well. The only thing I would have changed is the color of the writing, I don't like how it matches the worker. Good job.

My Critique of Kassandra's sequence and motion pictures
Picture set one:
I think this is a very good representation of a stop motion picture, with a medium aperture. I like how the second photo in the set has a slightly different angle to the shot. I also like the depth of the picture, while I know the focus is on the girl, you still have a good amount of detail throughout the photo. Allowing you to clearly separate the planes of the girl, the bush line, the fence, and the house. I do not like how their is a weird blur on both images, I think that this could have something to do with the water being on the camera, so I do not think it is something you could control.
Picture set two:
Again, I like how you changed your angle from your first picture to your second picture in the set. I know this is a blur image, but it is hard to tell what you wanted to be the focus of the picture. I feel like you should have picked one, the batter or the pitcher, trying to focus on both in a blur image photo made me want to concentrate on both. I feel like your compositional weight in the second photo is right on, however, I feel like your weight in the first picture is off, and the batter is to centered.
Picture set three:
This set is by far my favorite of the three, even with the weird blur showing up again. I like the composition, angle, and focus of the set. Even though the girl is centered in the first photo her arms and legs out to one side make the photo have good weight. The only problem I see with this set is in the second photo. I feel like it is a little over exposed and you lose a lot of the detail of the water splash and the girl.
Over all I like both photo sets, and think you did a good job of capturing what this assignment is all about.

Inspirational Photos... or not.
I had a lot of trouble finding a single photo that spoke to
me and was able to inspire me. I ended
up picking these three because my friend took two of them and I find the baby
to be hilarious. I will be critiquing the bottom left photo of the swamp. I felt like it had good weight, being just a
little bit heavy on the right side of the photo. The aperture was set medium to high, more
closed, and allowed a large portion of the shot to be clear. The tree, on the right, and the foliage, on the left, are the
most in focus and detailed. I feel like the reflection of the sky in the water
does a good job of weighting the actual sky, even though it is still a little heavy on the bottom.
Over all I think it is a very good picture, if just a little over
exposed, but since he had to choose between darkening the tree or leaving it visible,
I think he made the right choice and over exposed the photo at the top.
